Investor looking for alternative investment vehicles that provide a secured investment with long term (10 years or more) proven rates of returns greater than 25% per year without using leverage.
I know of a fund that has a 4 1/2 year track record with an average return of just over 16% annually. It has never had a negative year. This fund never uses more than 15% of it's cash position and has a standard deviation that is similar to a Treasury Bond Fund. Only for accredited investors and 100k minimum.

You can look at a few hedge funds.. I know of a few that can match what you are looking for.
